As a general guide: a 2 BHK starts from approx. 8-12 lakhs, a 3 BHK from 12-20 lakhs, and villas/bungalows are quoted based on area and requirements. We offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty covering carpentry, modular fittings, and workmanship. All branded products (hardware, laminates, etc.) carry their respective manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years.
